May 14th 2026

 

             The Glencoe Town Board met on Thursday May 14th at 7:30pm at the Town Hall. All board members were present. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

             Minutes of the April 9th meeting were read and approved; the treasurers’ report was then read and approved.

 

There was 1 receipt:

             1279   Dan Mathews              70yds of gravel           $1,288.00

 

There was 1 check:

             2929   Glencoe Coop            grader fuel                    $1,437.00

 

Mark Forcier was in attendance to get CUP approved for a 2nd dwelling by moving a mobile home on his property. A motion was made, seconded, and carried upon call to approve the CUP.

 

Adam Leske from McLeod County attended to discuss CD12 and the culverts on Imperial Ave. and Jet Ave. The board proposed addressing the culvert on Jet Ave. at this time, while leaving the culvert on Imperial Ave. in place and reviewing it again in five years. A motion was made and seconded, and it carried with one opposing vote.

 

             There being no further business a motion was made, seconded, and carried upon call to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:22pm.
