February 12th 2026

 

             The Glencoe Town Board met on Thursday February 12th at 7:30pm at the Town Hall. Clerk Mitchell Maynard and Supervisor Brian Jungclaus were not in attendance. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

             Jacob Haag was nominated to fill in as Clerk for Mitchell Maynard for the meeting.

 

             Minutes of the January meeting were read and approved; the treasurers’ report was then read and approved.

 

             There were 2 receipts:

             1276   State of MN    Ag Land Credit/Township Aid            $3,354.39

             1277   McLeod County          Delinquent Tax Collection    $1,126.40

 

             There were 3 checks:

             2913   Dakota Robinson Trucking   Snow Plowing 12/29/25        $1,567.50

             2914   City of Glencoe                        2026 Town Hall Lease           $2,100.00

             2915   Sharpe Ltd                                2025 W-2 Prep                         $70.00

 

Discussion was had about a couple upcoming meetings; Winter MCAT on the 16th and Fire Commission on the 24th.

 

Discussion was had about moving the annual meeting time to the evening. Chairman Bruce Bargmann made a motion, Supervisor Mike Keenen seconded the motion to move the annual meeting start time to 7pm.

 

There being no further business; a motion made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 8:09pm with the 2025 books being audited.
