             The Glencoe Town Board met on Thursday June 11th at 7:30pm at the town hall. All board members were present. The meeting was opened with The Pledge of Allegiance.

            

             Minutes of the May 14th meeting were read & approved. The treasurers’ report was then read and approved.

2930                WM Mueller & Sons                3,192 yards of gravel                           $54,710.88

2931                JD Financial                              batteries & cables for grader             $817.47

 

Lance Stradtmann was in attendance representing Travis Stradtmann to get Primary Plat Application approved. A motion was made, seconded, & carried upon call to approve the plat application.

 

The board continued discussion about the culvert replacement on Jet Ave. With the work being done by Rickert Excavating. Cost to the Glencoe Township shall not exceed $24,279.00 per the estimate. Meanwhile the culvert on Imperial would not be replaced at this time and that the future condition and performance of the culvert would be monitored by the Glencoe Town Board.

 

There being no further business, a motion was made, seconded, and carried upon call to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:55pm.
