November 13th 2025

 

             The Glencoe Town Board met on Thursday November 13th at 7:30pm at the Town Hall. All board members were present; the meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

             Minutes of the Special October 21st Meeting were read & approved. The treasurers’ report from the October 9th meeting was then read and approved.

 

             There were 3 receipts:

             1271   Erica Britcher              Gravel                           $474.32

             1272   State of MN                  Land Credit                 $1,525.39

             1273   Midco                            Franchise Fee              $11.95

 

             There were 4 checks:

             2895   Sumter Township                    Culvert Replacement             $1,877.36

             2896   Herald Journal Publishing    Public Notices                         $71.40

             2897   ID Sign Solutions                    Sign Repair/Ideal Ave             $297.66

             2898   Glencoe Coop                         Grader Fuel                               $730.00

 

             The board discussed that people wanting to get on the agenda do so the Thursday prior to the meeting to allow enough time to process before the monthly meeting. This has been updated on the township website and well be what the board does going forward.

 

             There being no further business a motion was made, seconded, and carried upon call to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:02pm.
